2020's    Return to History

2022

The league resumed play after a two season hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic with many changes to its lineup. The North Shore Indians returned after a four season absence, however, the Valley Rebels folded after 40 seasons in Surrey and then Abbotsford. The Coquitlam Adanacs returned to Port Coquitlam to become the "Saints" while the Victoria Wolves are acquired by the Senior "A" Shamrocks and adopt the "Shamrocks" nickname. The Royal City Capitals formed an alliance with the Senior "A" New Westminster Salmonbellies and adopted its name. Both the Nanaimo Timbermen and Langley Warriors did not participate in the 2022 season due to the lack of players and/or staff.

Ladner Pioneers win provincial championship and advance to the 2022 Presidents' Cup in Edmonton, AB where they win national championship.

Scoring champion: Tyler Pace, Ladner - 75 points

Goaltending champion: Eric Penney, Ladner - 85.4%

2023

The Nanaimo Timbermen return after a one-year absence, while the Port Coquitlam Saints go on hiatus.

Ladner Pioneers win provincial championship and advance to the 2023 Presidents' Cup in Oakville, ON where they repeat as national champions.

Scoring champion: Tyler Pace, Ladner - 100 points

Goaltending champion: Christian Del Bianco, Ladner - 86.8%
