Pioneers Up 2 Games

The Pioneers took a 2-0 lead in the best-of-5 WCSLA final with 13-5 victory over the Indians in North Shore Thursday night. Tyler Pace led scorers with 6 assists, while Phil Caputo and Zach Herreweyers each notched 3 goals and Matt Hills stopped 27 of 32 shots faced.

The Indians try to avoid a series sweep in Game 3 Saturday evening at Sungod Rec Centre in North Delta. Face-off at 7:00pm
